To run a Puppy Friendly Practice it is really important that all staff both clinical and front of house, dealing with puppies on a daily basis have up to date knowledge on all aspects of the puppy client journey. This is why completing our continued personal development (CPD) training specific to your staff role is one of the requirements of meeting the Puppy Friendly Practice criteria. Every one needs to know what role they play in the puppy client journey so that the perfect puppy experience can be delivered to all puppy clients and everything can run smoothly.
All of the CPD courses within the Puppy Friendly Practice scheme are approved by I Pet Network and count towards your annual CPD targets.
